With the cooperation between Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Ministry of National Education and JICA,  The training courses has started to be given to the technical teachers of target countries in 2012 and finished in March 2015.  The target countries are Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Palestine, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Azerbaijan. As of February 2015, total 137 technical teachers were trained in the area of "industrial automation"  on different levels within the scope of implemented IATE Project.
